Imaginative World Writing  Assignment

Due:  Wednesday, May 6

Background:  We looked at W.B. Yeat's poem "The Stolen Child" and W. Clifford's poem "Maudie" which deal with fairy lore and fairy changeling children. 

Assignment: "Imaginative World"

You need to write a 1 page, single spaced, 3 paragraph creative writing description which addresses the following:  "If you were taken off into fairyland, what would go on there?  What sort of a world would it be for you?  What would lure you away to such a place?  What are the people like?  Give me details about this world, tell me what is better about it, what would tempt you to go there, and what the consequences would be for you when you were forced to leave and re-enter your own world."

All Classes - have corrections for Algebra Quiz #2 in tomorrow (Wedneday, Apr 29), Tuesday (May 5th) at the latest.

3.  Identify how you could save money to open a savings account by:  a) increasing your income; or b) decreasing your spending; or c) both.
